JGA Nutrition is a programme aimed to educate people on how to introduce ‘healthy habits’ into their daily lives and structure.
Our ethos is to have our parents, guardians and families living just as healthy and active lifestyle as our gymnasts do.
The programme is bespoke to the individual and is designed around every persons own needs and goals.
These can include; *weight loss *increasing daily productivity *eliminating fatigue *body toning *muscle enhancement *sporting performance.
